While still a freshman of economics at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), I started my own business and established Masters Links group in 2002. By then, new technologies had started transforming the global outlook of businesses in an unprecedent way. To grow and sustain itself in a competitive business environment completely marred by technological metamorphosis, the corner stone of company’s strategy was to diversify the operations to the fullest. By Almighty’s blessings, Masters Links group, within short span of time, has firmly established itself as a leading service provider company of Pakistan. Through continuous focus on process excellence and efficient management systems, we have built a high-performance team and culture and now has a presence in three continents. I am positive that we will continue to burgeon and increase our market share. During this auspicious story of building a conglomerate, I have learned to respect and love humanity. I strongly believe that building strong relationships act as a catalyst to build a successful business.
